ISO 9001 certification for a small size company can be done in-house. With the plethora of software packages and training by companies cropping everywhere has made the thought of getting ISO Certification or compliance more achievable. But, does it work that way?

A lot of small size company (less than 25 employees) wish to do ISO Certification. This situation is fine but to attain this target requires a fully dedicated team which should not lose focus and sticks to the defined objectives so that when more work starts pouring deviation from this additional task does not happen.
